A well designed garden extends architecture beyond its walls, softening boundaries and creating a seamless transition between inside and out. Great gardens are a living dialogue, one that continues long after the design is complete.
Full Garden Design
Following an initial conversation, I will arrange a visit to meet you and experience your garden first-hand. This allows me to develop a deeper understanding of how you and your family live, and what you want and need from your outdoor space. This will be followed by a written client brief and a quote for my services. This may include bespoke moodboards to establish the overall look and feel, advice on whether a topographical survey is required, a masterplan, perspective sketches or drawings to help visualise the space, construction and layout drawings for implementation and a planting plan. Each stage is tailored to suit the project, ensuring a thoughtful and cohesive design from concept through to completion.
Planting Design
For when you are happy with the structure in your garden but want to enhance the planting beds, then this is the service for you. This option will get you a consultation and a site visit. These will be followed by a quote for my services, and may include bespoke moodboard(s) and a detailed planting plan showing the layout of the plants. I would be happy to help source the plants for you as well as setting them out on the day of planting.
