About me

I grew up on two different sides of the globe. India, home to my beautiful, crazy, sensorial whirlwind childhood and education. Then London when I got married. My husband and I were then in our early twenties, so it’s safe to say we grew up together and have raised two wonderful children here. When they were old enough to only need me as their Uber service, I decided to retrain as a Garden Designer. The prestigious Inchbald School of Design was where I earned my Diploma in Garden Design, graduating with a distinction.

I’m passionate about creating outdoor spaces that feel beautiful, deeply personal and connected to the home. Every garden tells a story about the people who use it, and my role is to help shape it into a space that feels natural, welcoming and lasting.

I listen. I take time to understand how clients want to live in their gardens, whether that means a quiet place to unwind, a space for entertaining or a visual landscape that evolves through the seasons. By getting to know both the people and the place, I’m able to create designs that are thoughtful, practical and tailored to each individual project; from the first conversation and concept sketches through to planting and the finishing details.

Gardens and designing is far bigger than we see it as, the little worlds we create have a lasting impact in the bigger one that houses us. While I study the visual and intention of creating the garden, the biodiversity it creates and attracts is a priority as well. A house that has plants that complement each other; attracts the birds, bees and bugs that will pollinate the garden and others around it, lend to the richness of building a community of healthy plants and sustainability.

From compact courtyards and terraces to larger urban landscapes. Whatever the scale, my goal is to create gardens that feel calm, balanced and connected to their surroundings. They invite people to spend time in.

A well-designed garden should grow more beautiful with time, and I take great care in creating spaces that will thrive for years to come.
